How to generate "bootstrap.php.cache"
If you ever need to generate the bootstrap.php.cache file for a Symfony2 Version higher or equal to 2.1, this will do the Job:
php ./vendor/sensio/distribution-bundle/Sensio/Bundle/DistributionBundle/Resources/bin/build_bootstrap.php
